High Protein Cheesecake
with Whey CFM80


Depending on your preference, you can add blueberries and/or crumbled oatmeal cookies.

This delicious protein cheesecake is quickly prepared and naturally contains a lot of protein. Simply mix all the ingredients, put them in an 18 cm springform pan and bake in the oven for 30 minutes. The High Protein Cheesecake tastes especially delicious if you cover it and put it in the fridge for a day before eating.

Ingredients for 1 cheesecake (6 pieces)


  • 300 g curd cheese (low fat)
  • 200 g cream cheese (low fat)
  • 2 eggs (size M)
  • 1 pck vanilla pudding powder   
  • 30g Whey CFM80 (Vanilla)
  • 50 g erythritol


Preparation and cooking (35 min)


  • Preheat the convection oven to 160 °C
    and line an 18 springform pan with baking paper
    (if possible, also the rim).
  • In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, low-fat curd,
    eggs, erythritol, pudding powder and Whey
    CFM80 Vanilla until creamy.
  • Pour the pastry into the springform pan
  • Bake the High Protein Cheesecake for about
    30 minutes on the middle rack and let it cool
    well afterwards.
